1. About ibrow Rewards

The ibrow Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for choosing ibrow. Earn ibrow points every time you shop, share feedback, refer fellow PMU professionals, and much more. You can use these points as currency on your future purchases. 

ibrow Rewards is available only to users with a registered account on the ibrow website. ibrow points are stored in the user’s account, are non-transferable, and cannot be shared across accounts.

2. How to Earn ibrow Points 

Get rewarded with ibrow points every time you engage with ibrow. We will continuously bring out interesting programs to earn ibrow points. Our intention is to thank you for your business with us. You can earn ibrow points in the following ways:

  • Purchase of Products
    Earn ibrow points on eligible product purchases made on the ibrow website. You will earn 20 ibrow points for every ₹100 spent on the website. Please note the net order value (excluding taxes and shipping costs) is taken into account for reward point calculation.
  • First Order
    Earn 2000 ibrow points when you complete your first order. The points will be credited after successful order completion and can be used for future purchases. You can track and manage your points from the ‘My Account’ section.
  • Referrals
    Earn 5000 ibrow points when other PMU professionals make a purchase using your referral link. Visit the ‘My Account’ section to share your referral link with friends and colleagues.
  • Ratings & Reviews
    Earn 1000 ibrow points by submitting ratings and reviews on products purchased from our website. Points will be credited after purchase is completed and your ratings and reviews are approved by the admin.
  • Promotional Campaigns & Special Activities
    From time to time, ibrow may offer additional reward points through campaigns, birthday offers, or other engagement activities.

3. How to Redeem ibrow Points 

You can redeem your ibrow points during checkout to save on your purchases. There is no minimum ceiling of ibrow points that you need to accumulate. 100 ibrow points will amount to a discount of Rs. 10/- on your cart value during checkout.

You can redeem ibrow points through:

  • Checkout Redemption
    Use your available ibrow points during checkout on eligible orders placed on the ibrow website. 
  • Eligible Orders
    ibrow points can be redeemed on qualifying products and orders, as per applicable terms. 
  • Instant Value Reduction
    Redeemed points are applied instantly and reduce the payable amount before payment confirmation. 

4. Earning Structure for Purchases 

Users earn 20 ibrow points for every ₹100 spent on eligible product value. ibrow points are calculated only on the net product value of eligible purchases. 

The following are excluded from point calculation: 

  • Shipping and handling charges 
  • Cash on Delivery charges 
  • Taxes 
  • Any other additional fees 

Terms and Conditions

Credit of ibrow Points

  • ibrow points are credited after the successful completion of an order, typically once the order is delivered and marked as completed.

  • If an order is cancelled, rejected, returned, fully or partially refunded, rejected on COD, or returned to origin for any reason, ibrow reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or recalibrate the ibrow points credited for such orders.

  • Orders that do not reach successful completion are not eligible for earning ibrow points.

Validity & Expiry

  • ibrow points are currently valid for the user’s lifetime. However, ibrow may introduce a validity period for ibrow points in the future. In such cases, points not redeemed within the validity period will automatically expire.

  • Expired ibrow points cannot be reinstated.

Returns, Cancellations, COD Rejections & RTO

  • ibrow points earned on cancelled, returned, refunded, COD-rejected, or returned-to-origin orders will be reversed or adjusted.

  • In the case of partial returns or refunds, ibrow points may be reversed proportionately based on the refunded product value.

Misuse, Fraud & Abuse

  • ibrow reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Such actions may include reversal of ibrow points, suspension of user accounts, and disqualification from the ibrow Rewards Program.

Modification or Termination of the Program

  • ibrow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the ibrow Rewards Program at any time.

  • ibrow may amend these Terms and Conditions or change the earning or redemption structure without prior notice.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Limitation of Liability

  • ibrow shall not be liable for technical errors or delays in crediting or redeeming ibrow points.

  • ibrow shall not be liable for loss of ibrow points due to expiry, reversal, suspension, or termination.

  • ibrow shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the rewards program.
