Terms and conditions for e-courses at ibrow (Revaaditya Health & Beauty)
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces for participants at the special rate are limited. Spaces for participants at Live Online courses is limited, to ensure adequate one-on-one time.
1. Payment
Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full at the time of registration. Registration confirmation will be sent to you only after full payment is received. If the registration is done from someone else’s account on the website, We need to be intimated by the person who holds the account, from their registered email ID/phone number, of the change in registration name, within 24 hours of registration. Any changes after that will be at the discretion of the service provider.
2. Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than ten calendar days before the start of an event, whether online/live/in-person event. A processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (this fee varies from course to course and time to time, based on the cost to company of the resources, training material, and number of participants). Pre-recorded virtual seminars and self-study online courses are non-refundable. Registration fees are non-transferable.
3. Event Cancellation
ibrow reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond ibrow’s control, which include connectivity breakdown, trainer/facilitator backing out. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
4. Online Live trainings/ in-person trainings
It will be responsibility of the attendee to ensure their presence at the training at the designated time/date, which, in case of an online LIVE training means reporting at the pre-informed time, and remaining present throughout the training course with good audio and video connectivity and no breaks or distractions apart from the breaks (if any) that are given by the course facilitator, and in case of in-person training means reaching the venue in time and attending the full session, carrying out all the exercises as per schedule. In case of a no-show, there will be no refund. The certificate will be given only if the person has fully attended the training/course.
5. Professional Development Facilitator
ibrow reserves the right to substitute event facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.
ibrow facilitators may receive honorarium for presenting at ibrow learning events.
ibrow facilitators agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning event and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress. It has to be noted that training is very individualistic and although the course material and content will remain the same for a particular course, the exact method of presentation, including words, tone and body language will differ from facilitator to facilitator and as long as there is no change in content, the change in facilitator is not a cause of for refund. Ibrow will always try to ensure the best of facilitators to present their content and feedback of the attendees will be taken into account while selecting facilitators for a particular course.
6. Certificate of Completion
ibrow provides certificate of completion for each course for each participant once they complete the course with full attendance.
7. Learner Records Privacy
By signing up for an ibrow training or course, you agree to photographs being clicked at the event, and screenshots (stills/video) of the training being stored and used for marketing and promotional purpose. Any photographs, videos, testimonials clicked during the trainings will be the sole property of ibrow. Your contact details like email ID and phone number will not be shared publicly without permission. However, your name, speciality, and city/state/country might be mentioned on promotional material and website or in any relevant place which will be in context with the training you have attended.
8. Online support
For the training courses that provide post-training online support, the support will be for a specific time period or till the attendee has completed a specific number of procedures of the course that they have undergone. Each training is independent of each other and if an attendee has undergone multiple trainings on different topics, the post-training time period will run parallelly and not cumulatively.
The support will be provided within working hours of the facilitators. The support may be provided by a facilitator different from the one who has provided the initial training. The support will be provided to the best of the abilities of the facilitators, but the attendee has to keep in mind that long-distance training and support has its limitations in terms of dimensions of communication and hence might not be as efficient as in-person training and support.
9. Liability
Ibrow provides training and courses which are meant for professionals in the field of beauty and aesthetics, and also has basic courses which can be attended by those who have no prior experience in this field but want to explore a career in the field. Ibrow and it’s facilitators are educators and cannot guarantee the grasping and skill level of the person attending the training. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure best practices in terms of hygiene, information to the end client, correct use of products and following the guidelines. In the event of any side effect or lack of result achieved by the end client when an attendee has carried out the service they have undergone training for, the legal and financial liability lies solely with the person doing the service, and by registering for the training, the attendee indemnifies ibrow, Revaaditya Health & Beauty, the facilitators of the training course and any person in any way associated in providing the training and absolves them of any liabilities. Ibrow certifies that the attendee has attended the complete training and does not take responsibility of successfully carrying our the activities they have attended the training for.
