Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by iBrow at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you placed with us.

In all cases, we use a third-party supplier to manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Method: We only offer one standard shipping method which takes within 6 – 15 business days for delivery.

All times and dates given for delivery of the product are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order if canceled before the goods have been shipped, we can refund the amount after a deduction of 3% of the total invoice value (value of the goods + shipping)

If cancelled once the goods have been shipped (the customer receives a SMS when they are shipped) or if the customer refuses delivery, we can refund the amount after a deduction of 3% of the value of the goods and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
