The ibrow Jet Black PMU Liquid Pigment is a deep concentrated black micropigment ink formulated for professional use in permanent makeup applications. These liquid pigments are primarily used for permanent eyeliner, but can also be used for powder brows, ombre brows, hair stroke brows,, & scalp micropigmentation. This liquid pigment is formulated for Indian and Asian skin tones ideal for Fitzpatrick Skin types 3 4 & 5. These liquid pigments are conveniently packaged in 5.0 ml sealed packaging with a dropper tip to prevent contamination.
